My offering is to help you observe your thoughts and separate yourself from them, understanding that you are not your thoughts nor your feelings, but the observer. In this state, we can learn to be our own limitless sources of love. To better listen to the wanderings of our minds, better feel the needs of our bodies, and better navigate the longings of our hearts. No matter what comes up, the awareness muscles we build together will help you reach a greater state of peace and serve as the ultimate opportunity to attract greater abundance and love into your life.
It is my calling to help you navigate this mindfulness journey so that you can live in a state of peace and love as often as possible, and ultimately work on eliminating fears and stepping into your best self.
