Off paper
I’m a spontaneous adventurer, nature praiser, trail explorer, waterfall chaser, soul seer, paranormal investigator, '70s music nut, shameless dancer, and a total geek for growth and spreading love in the world!

On Mindfulness
I know I’m not alone when I say that when COVID took the world by storm in 2020, I was forced to look more deeply inward than I ever had. Before, my life had been so packed that I didn’t realize I’d been distracting myself from deeper truths that I then faced in solitude. I felt things I never had before: anxious, depressed, tired, confused, and hopeless—in other words, human. During that time, I experienced utter rupture, and in that rupture, I rebuilt to become more realized, in touch with love, and aware of the limitless beauty in any given moment than I’ve ever been.

Through mindfulness practice, life coaching, spiritual healing, working with a shaman, countless readings, and constant trial and error I’ve discovered and re-discovered my peace time and time again, and as a mindfulness & empowerment mentor am eager to help you find yours! On Design
I’m a senior designer and 9-to-5er at BCG BrightHouse, the original home of Purpose! Working with brilliant minds to create design magic and ideating on bold commitments for our clients, all based around living their true purpose, is a dream come true. Outside of BrightHouse, the freelance clients I most enjoy working with are those driven to make the world a better place with their products or offerings.
